Took a temp reading with a thermometer laying on the array. Ambient air was read at bout 78 degrees. After 24+ hours the thermometer was showing 84 degrees.

Been awhile and lots and lots of revisions but now have a solidly working unit.
Base specs:
14 x 9 container that holds 24 - 2" net pots for seedlings
264 leds with an average mcd of 5k
Overall has a light level of ~1320CD, spectrally balanced for plants.
Hang on to your power meter, uses a whopping 100ma.

The white mat is a thin piece of material to hold the net pots in place.

All that remains now is to do a bit of finish type clean up.
Pumkin and petunia seeds head in there today to be followed by sunflower and tomato seeds.
With seedling cycles on a 10 day basis, this unit will provide over 850 seedlings per year.
Temps inside the unit are controlled with 2 vents in the top.
