I have this up on Gideontech too, but I thought it would be nice to put the mod forum to work here.  These are a couple shots of a little test project I did to evaluate powdercoating a case.  We were concerned about the rough black texture because sandblasting wasn't really feasible to go down to bare metal (that stuff they put on at the factory is pretty stubborn).  But they took sandpaper and knocked down the texture and powdered right over the top of the black.  Turned out pretty good I think.
