I just picked up an old Antec performance II SOHO server case really cheap.  The front door hinge on the top of the door is broken off.  The case itself has a pin in the top and bottom, the corresponding hole in the top is no longer there.

What type of material will bond to the plastic and also be strong enough to drill a hole in?

Thanks,
-Jon

The first thing I'd try would be J-B Weld (which is an epoxy product, it should be commonly available at hardware stores). Run some tests on scrap plastic would be my advice.

Second choice if you have the broken part to glue back would be water-thin modeling glue available at hobby shops.

No disassemble!

they sell a moldable epoxy which you might be able to use.  it's sold in a little plastic tube, PC77 or something like that.  you mash it together and then mold it into the shape you need, in 24 hrs it is hard as a rock, ready for drilling, etc.
