I need a red LED that matches these specks:

Size: 1 3/4 (T size) or 5mm.
Illuminated Color: Red
Lens Color: Clear
Wavelength: 644 nm ("Ultra Red" type)
View Angle: 10 to 12
mA (max): 20
Volts (typ): 1.7
Volts (max): 2.5
MCD (typ): 3000

Found these on eBay they seem close but have no "nm" rating on them:  http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=190250169295

As to why I need LED's with these exact specks at least the clear Ultra Red, 644nm, and 10 to 12 view angle, is they are to fix an LED sensor in a pinball game its part of the game that senses that the ball is in the launch chute. Since one of the LED's is burned out the game is malfunctioning like crazy not reading the ball count right. So if anyone can point me in a general direction to a place that sells these LED's It would make my repair that much easier. Thanks in advance.

Try this site:

Perhaps this would fill the bill:

This is the repair guide I'm using to fix this game if you look in the table of contents and click on L. Ball Trough Problems & Optic Switches you will see the specks of the LED. Apparently a Fairchild MV8114 will work now that has a 660nm wave length, view angle 12, and a mcd of 1200 to 2200, and it's clear and red ECT. (http://www.pinrepair.com/de/mv8114_opto.pdf). I think I found a suitable replacement at Radio S*ack rummaging through their parts bins I found two LED's Part number (276-307) 660nm, View 12, color RED clear, 1.7 to 2.4V max, and 3000mcd. Now the specks are exactly the same but the mcd rating is 800mcd more than the Fairchild brand do you thing this will make a big difference in the way it operates?
