Bad capacitors on Dell motherboards

I have had a rash of bad dell motherboards at work and we have been buying referbished motherboards from Dell for $235 each and tossing the old boards.  I found www.capacitorlab.com that had some good info on how to recap the boards myself and www.thecapking.com to buy premade kits and loose caps with no minimum order which is great because every other place online didn't have time for a small timer like me.  I have sucessfully recapped 40 boards with only 1 that didn't work after the recap.  I think that one has a bad heat sensor that I don't think I can replace.  Anyone else out there doing the same or have a suggestion on the heat sensor?  Its a Dell optiplex SX-280.

Also does anyone have experience with de soldering tools?  I bought a Radio S*ack iron with a bulb sucker on it but the suction is kinda weak and doesn't clear the hole most of the time so I end up using a needle to clear the hole.

super charge your solder sucker with a hand held vacuum pump and a little glass jar.

silicone hose from the solder sucker to the glass jar... epoxy the hose so its close to the bottom of the jar - another piece of hose from the top of the jar to the vacuum pump.

alternately, some electric tire inflater pumps are easy to turn into electric vacuum pumps by modifying the check valve
