A feature, with a broken link, on the Arrow website hints that the Diamond Dragon will be for sale Q1 2008.

The dragon features a 175C operating temp tolerant junction and power levels of 5 to 8 watts.  It's supposedly the same size as the Golden and Platinum dragons but with a bigger chip.

The only press I can find about it is from Nov of last year  Angry

Similar to their 1000lm ostar beast, it seems OSRam is pushing the envelope in operating temperature and current handling rather than efficiency of the chip itself.  Their "typical" top bin cool white diamond will produce 250lm at 1.4a.
